Compliance

Members’ Data Creation – Members’ data is to be mandatorily created for various reasons such as for issue of Share Certificates, to create Lien & Mortgage records, and to comply with various government requirements such as under Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 & Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961.
Ensuring Billing is in compliance with Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
Registration with various governmental authorities for obtaining registration numbers like PAN, TAN, Service Tax Registration No., Luxury Tax (where applicable) etc. including mandatory registration under Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
Maintenance of all applicable Registers and Records as under Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 & Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961; and any other applicable law.
Preparation for and calling of various Managing Committee meetings and General Body Meetings.
Attendance and recording of minutes of meetings called, in a professional manner.
Online Document Management systems such as NOC applications, NOC’s issued etc.
Online Document Storage of flat-holder’s documents such as Agreement Copy, Bank Lien/Mortgage Letters etc.
Implementing appropriate Internal Controls to ensure that laws and regulations are complied with duly.
